We’re Sean and Olivia Grundman, a firefighter and an ICU nurse who built our life around service, hard work, and taking care of people. Fitness became the foundation that helped us grow individually and together, and it’s something we’ve carried through every chapter of our lives.

Sean became a firefighter after transforming his own health and realizing the power of discipline and consistency. Olivia has always valued wellness, but found that feeling strong and capable gave her more energy and confidence both inside and outside the hospital.

Grundman Fitness is an extension of who we are: a couple committed to growth, to supporting others, and to showing what’s possible when two people pour their effort into becoming the best version of themselves.
